Troubleshooting Guide

   

There is no LED displayed upon hitting--LED not operating.
Plug may be fallen off the jack.  Connect the plug firmly.
Plug is dirty.  Clean the plug with a dry, soft cloth periodically.
Make sure the batteries are new and thus are inserted correctly.
The connecting cable may be short-circuited.  Check the entire cable and purchase it from your nearest ProChip dealer if it happens to be skin peeled off.

LED stays illuminated when not being hit.
The target area may be short-circuited.  This may be caused after a long period of storage.  Smooth the face flat with hands again to equally isolate the circuits inside the mat.

The display unit has a delayed response when the target is hit.
The battery power is getting low.  Replace batteries.

The display unit displays incorrectly or nothing when turned on.
Simply press RESET button to make it functional.
