Troubleshooting Guide

   

There are no lights displayed or sound effects upon ball impact or Strike/Ball/Inning lights are not working.
Plug may have come loose from the jack.  Connect the plug firmly.
Plug may be dirty.  Clean the plug with a dry, soft cloth periodically.
Make sure the batteries are new and thus are inserted correctly.
The connecting cable may be short-circuited.  Check the entire cable and if it appears worn or broken, please contact your local dealer immediately.
The target area may be short-circuited.  (Please refer to Section "2.1 Assemble with the supporting poles included" for solving the problem.)

Lights stay illuminated or voice sounds repeatedly upon impact.
The target area may be short-circuited.  This may be caused after a long period of storage.  Smooth the face flat with hands again to equally isolate the circuits inside the mat.  (Please refer to "2.1 Assemble with the supporting poles included" for solving the problem.)

The scoreboard has s delayed response, or the voice sounds and lights register balls and strikes incorrectly.
The battery power is getting low.  Replace batteries.

If the ball is pitched at a very low speed, the ProPitch/Strike em Out may not register all pitches.
The use of aditional rubber straps will help this condition.
